DAVE RICHARDSON CONSULTING LIMITED
Thirty Years. Three Worlds.
One Purpose.
I am a Professor, researcher, and executive consultant who has spent over three decades at the intersection of elite sport, applied research, and senior leadership.
I don't just study high-performance environments. I have operated within them, led them, and built the evidence base that shapes how organisations understand talent.
When people thrive, performance follows.

The Prac-ademic
Most consultants come from one direction; either the academic or the dressing room. I come from both.
As a former semi-professional footballer turned Professor, I bridge the gap between what the research tells us and what actually works on the ground. Evidence-informed, practically delivered, built around the real demands of the people I work with.
I have worked across men's and women's high-performance sport, governing bodies, community settings, and health organisations.
