Most consultants come from one direction — either the academy or the dressing room. I come from both.
As a former semi-professional footballer turned Professor, I bridge the gap between what the research tells us and what actually works on the ground. Evidence-informed, practically delivered, built around the real demands of the people I work with.
I have worked across men's and women's high-performance sport, governing bodies, community settings, and health organisations, and every practitioner I have supported has gone on to deliver meaningful, lasting change.
